Open Day - Saturday 2 March 2013
After a beautiful calm ride on the Pelorus Mailboat the group of the Blenheim Rotary Club arrived on an overcast day, perfect for walking up the hill.
The group had a guided bush tour with Brian and an entertaining talk from Liam who explained about the way we do predator control on the reserve and how we look after the gecko's, giant weta, and the Kakariki.
At the end the Rotary Club represented Brian with a donation of $1475, this included a donation of the Pelorus Mailboat.
The money will go towards the fence project.
