Glorious Water – 27 February
A little mile stone has been created, we have water coming up 24/7, to the full 180 meter vertical height of the property. The two abandoned water rams have been put back into business. Norm, Mike and Liam have put a lot of work in trying to get them going again. Even gone as far as bringing them back to town, taking them apart, putting them back together reconditioned and trialling them in a similar situation before the water rams went back to Tui.
It took many, many hours but it works. A big thank you to Norm and Mike but also to Peter and Mark from EDWARD GIBBONS PLUMBING for their valuable input, it was a real team effort!
The water pump that has been abandoned for years has been brought back to life by volunteers Norm and Mike.
